2Member Eligibility & Account Registration

Shell Slot reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly when processing withdrawals that exceed specified limits. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

3Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your Shell Slot account. Shell Slot strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least 8 characters long.
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends. Shell Slot will never ask for your password via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.

5Withdrawals & Their Terms

Withdrawals from your Shell Slot account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• All bonus funds received must satisfy the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirements means the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn, even if it appears in your account balance.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where technical considerations apply.
• Withdrawals to digital wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX take 1–3 hours within business hours.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM10,000, the Shell Slot team will contact you for identity verification prior to processing. This process is completed within 24 business hours.

Shell Slot reserves the right to suspend the processing of any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of any terms in this document, pending the completion of an internal investigation.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Shell Slot offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus of up to RM500, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions displayed at the time the offer is made. The following are the general terms applicable to all Shell Slot bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): All bonuses must be rolled over by the specified multiplier before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers vary by bonus type — refer to the individual bonus terms for the exact figure.
• Wagering Contribution by Category: Slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Sports Betting contributes 25%. Live Casino contributes 10%. Certain table games may be excluded from fully counting towards wagering.
• Wagering Period: Wagering requirements must be met within 7 to 30 days depending on the bonus type. Bonuses for which wagering requirements are not fulfilled within this period will expire and be automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Bet While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is RM10 for slots and RM20 for table games. Breaching these limits may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. You may not claim a new bonus until the wagering requirements of your current bonus have been fulfilled or the bonus has expired.

7Betting, Games & Results

• Minimum Bet: RM10 per bet ticket. Maximum bet limits vary by market and sporting event.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in Decimal format. Shell Slot reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a match begins or while in-play betting is active.
• In-Play Betting: Live bets placed during an active match are locked once you confirm your bet slip. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply — not the odds shown when you first selected the market.
• Event Postponement & Cancellation: If a sporting event is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. In-play bets that have been partially settled will be calculated in accordance with Shell Slot's specific policy for each sport type.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature lets you lock in winnings or limit losses before a match concludes. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may differ from your expectations. A confirmed Cash Out decision is final.
• Bets suspected of involving insider knowledge, match-fixing, or any form of fraud will be investigated and may be voided without a refund.

9Responsible Gaming

10Account Closure & Suspension

Shell Slot reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, if any of the following occur:

• Members found to have registered using false information or concealing their true identity.
• Detection of multiple accounts or accounts registered using another person's identity.
• Members suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity conducted through the Shell Slot platform.
• Abuse of the bonus system, exploitation of technical errors, or use of unauthorised automation software.
• Threats, intimidation, or abusive behaviour directed at Shell Slot's support staff.
• Member found to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Shell Slot reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through that violation. The original deposit balance (excluding winnings from activities that breached the terms) will be assessed and returned at Shell Slot's discretion once the investigation is concluded.
